I cannot pass HIV, so this is a subject I do not talk about normally. I am undetectable and checked 'religiously' minimum every 6 months for every existing STD. This is not a guarantee that I cannot catch STD's but at least I am tested regularly.

Nowadays if any of you catch HIV is your sole responsibility, as there is PREP and most gay guys who play with certain regularity should consider taking it to be sure they will not contract it. If you catch it, then there is medication and taking it regularly will make you undetectable, and therefore you will not pass it on to others and you can have a totally normal life.

For chlamydia mostly and, in a very low proportion, gonorrhoea you can try Doxyprep. Search on Internet and you will find out what it is and you can decide if you want to take it. Again, search on Internet. Doxycycline and other medications can be purchased on Internet in websites like Doctor Fox website. However read and make and informed decision.

If/when I catch something I do tell others in case they are the ones who passed on to me, or I passed anything to them, they can be tested and treated. Also, when I contact a sex partner is not to blame anyone but to inform that they may have passed it to me or I may have passed something to them. It is important to tell your sex partners if you give positive for anything. let's be Adults and stop the blame game. If you want to be hundred per cent sure you don't catch anything do not play unsafe. For HIV, protect yourself or take PEP/PREP/Retrovirals.

Obviously, if I pass anything to anyone is because someone passed it to me and I did not have any symptoms. This is the case for some STD: people catch it and they did not have symptoms and passed it to others without knowing.

I have observed that some people write they were tested many months ago .... well, if you have no sex during that period you haven't got anything, otherwise it has absolutely no meaning to say that you tested yourself x months ago.

Rather than harassing someone you have had sex recently with, if you have any symptoms or suspicion that you may have caught something GO AND CHECK YOURSELF, that's the best way of knowing if you are STD free. And if you catch something TELL YOUR RECENT SEX PARTNERS! that's the only way we can stop STDs circulating around.
