I've got an idea for a game:

Requires 3 men. One running the show and two contestants.

The contestants drop their trousers and pants. Are then facing each other and blindfolded.

Then play paper,rock,scissors. The loser gets a smack in the nuts. This is repeated until one of the contestants taps out which can happen at any time but there is a forfeit for the loser.
