Problems upgrading
Not received a PIN back? If you've not received a PIN back by text, you won't have been charged. You can get more information on text upgrade issues at the text upgrade help page.
Got a PIN that doesn't work? If you have received a PIN back, but it doesn't seem to work, carefully look at the letters in the PIN. Sometimes people mistake V and Y (v and y), D and 0 (d and zero).
Received two PINs? If you sent two texts by mistake and got two PINs back, just enter the second PIN at the PIN entry page and it will be added to your account.
Not in the UK? If you're not in the United Kingdom (e.g. you're in Ireland, Canada, USA) then the upgrade by text or phonecall won't work. At the moment the site supporter features are available to UK users only.
